Irene Harrison
Organisational Consultant, Executive Coach
With over 15 years of international experience gained in multicultural business environments around the globe and spanning teaching, facilitating career development and change along with executive and life coaching among others, Irene has left a trail of success in her wake.
Originally from Ukraine, her work and studies have taken her around the world to various countries such as China, Poland, Italy, Belarus and the United Kingdom where she met her beloved husband.
A qualified teacher and certified coach, assessor and facilitator, she is currently widening her knowledge by studying Organisational Transactional Analysis and Redecision Therapy.
Irene prides herself on finding simple, sustainable solutions uniquely tailored to both the individual and company level.
She possesses a unique combination of clear-minded business acumen with a highly-sensitive and empathetic approach delivered in a caring yet meaningfully structured manner.
Lee Harrison
Lee has extensive experience in various fields and is an expert in creative communication, most notably in writing.
Born and schooled in the UK, he left university and joined the Royal Air Force, serving in locations such as the Falkland Islands, the USA and the Middle East. Having met his beautiful wife, he left the RAF and worked as a teacher in Ukraine and, later, as a Communications Executive for an international FMCG company, splitting his time between the UK, Poland and Switzerland.
A lover of all forms of communication and truly happy when creating, Lee has had his written work published in various online journals and magazines, often to much acclaim.
