Dana is the founder and owner of Developing Empathetic Education with Dana® (DEED®), she is an early childhood and social emotional awareness expert, pioneering, diversity, equity, inclusion, access and belonging and action, from the womb to 12 grade. She loves working and she partners with people from pre-birth all the way to death because, at the end of the day, we’re all learning and growing and developing across the spectrum.

From an early age, she knew she learned differently from her peers. Through years of work and reflection, she realized that how she learned meant committing to reframing and restructuring education, inspiring her to become the Early Childhood and Social-Emotional Awareness Expert she is today.

Life transitions, adapting to new environments, and uncertainty go beyond children. She now serves corporate and professional environments with essential tools to guide and restructure how leadership can engage and support their teams as everyone continues to create their “new normal.” Workplace culture starts with empowering and promoting the consistency of healthy boundaries, intentionally engaging in critical discussions that promote vulnerability and growth, and most importantly, the art of listening to learn.
