Oana and Ray talk with Maurice McCartney about his fantastic offering for young leaders.

Maurice is the founder of Learn Love Look Ahead, the leadership development brand fromFresh Management Solutions.

At the heart of Maurice’s leadership development work is a simple idea: that good leaders are curious, positive and forward looking; they Learn, Love and Look Ahead.

Maurice is Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Oxford’s Careers Service where he designs and delivers leadership and employability skills programmes to around 800 researchers, undergraduate and postgraduate students each year. He is Director of a cooperative bakehouse promoting local food and a Trustee at two charities, one in the environment sector and the other supporting people with disabilities in their community.

Maurice says his secret to success is to surround yourself with good people and let them do their stuff. In our podcast we explore the development of younger leaders and how we can all help them on their leadership journey.
