Randy Grasser is a professional leader in the industrial construction industry who has been contracted in places such as Canada, Madagascar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and SE Asia. Randy has been to 50 different countries and circumnavigated the planet twice exploring and researching over the past 10 years.

Randy holds both USA & Canadian Citizenships, and at the age of 57 is starting a new business venture to encourage people to live an amazing life.

Randy started off his career as a professional underwater diver where he faced many life-threatening challenges. He worked as a Program Director for a wilderness-based youth corrections program, taking adjudicated (court ordered kids, male and female, between the ages of 13 to 18) on 26 day wilderness behavioural modification treks through the Canadian Wilderness.

Randy’s love and desire for extreme adventure led him to places and experiences most would never dream of. Randy is highly sensitive or – supersensitive – as he prefers to call it and he attributes many, if not all of his successes in overcoming extremely challenging situations to his super sensitivity. 

Randy has published his first book – “Facing Fear Through Adventure: an HSP’s story”, that links his extreme adventures and his super sensitivity in an effort to help others understand better how super sensitivity can be a powerful tool.
